Septic System Repair
Backups, odors, slow drains, and failing drain fields diagnosed and fixed.
Learn more →Building on an unsewered lot anywhere in Lexington County — from new subdivisions off Calks Ferry Road to acreage outside Gilbert — starts with the soil, not the shovel. We connect you with licensed local installers who run the full arc: soil evaluation, SCDES site approval and permit, tank and drain field installation, and the final inspection that puts your system into operation.
A soil evaluation (perc testing) that determines where a system can legally go on your lot; the SCDES site approval and Permit to Construct; a septic tank and drain field sized to your home’s bedroom count and daily flow; and the final inspection with the official Approval to Operate. The licensed installer you choose does all of this work — we’re the connection, not the contractor.
The only way to know your exact price is a free quote: the pro sees your specific situation and prices it directly. No obligation.

Permitting is the variable: SCDES site approval commonly takes weeks depending on workload, and the county will not issue a building permit until it’s in hand. Once permitted, the physical installation of a standard residential system usually takes a few days, followed by the final inspection before the system can legally go into operation.
Do not clear, grade, drive on, or build over the area reserved for your drain field — permits require the natural soil there to stay undisturbed, and unapproved changes can void the permit. Know your lot lines and any well location, and keep the permit paperwork with the property so future buyers and inspectors can find it.
